چکیده

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic autoimmune disease with chronic inflammatory process that negatively affects bone metabolism, leading to violation of mineral density (BMD). Bone remodeling markers are important indicators the state tissue can provide additional information for clinician about BMD disorders. The patients were randomly enrolled in study preliminary stratification by presence RA as well criteria American College Rheumatology and European League Against Rheumatism 2010, also normal (BMD) osteoporosis (OP) diagnosed ultrasound densitometry. included 42 (33 women (78,57 %) 9 men (21,43 %)) aged 38 60 years. control group consisted 22 healthy individuals (18 (81.81 4 (18.19 no Markers formation, osteocalcin (OC), P1NP resorption β-CrossLaps studied. Based on results, it be concluded serum content both OC significantly lower, while slightly higher OP compared individuals. Also, blood lower BMD, did not have significant difference BMD. In rheumatoid OP, disorder marked decrease formation an increase processes.
